Once the zip file has downloaded, double-click on it to run the installer which is the Setup Icon, (or a different folder if you specified a download location) and then double-click it to run it. Live 9.7 is free for all owners of Live 9 Lite, Intro, Standard & Suite. For those with auto-update still enabled, it’ll download next time you open Live. If you don’t have autoupdate activated in Live, you can download from your account page.

SX2 becomes un responsive and I loose audio output. It's happened 100% of the time out of my 4 test runs but nothing I can say repeat certain steps to cause the crash.
